Terms and conditions

All prices for holidays are in Euros. We endeavour to maintain a secure pricing structure and all publicised prices are correct at the time of writing, confirmation that these prices are correct should be confirmed prior to paying a deposit. We will endeavour to keep our prices up to date on all our websites and written documentation.


You must be at least 16 years old to attend any course unless accompanied by an adult.


The final payment, i.e. full payment less deposit, must be completed not less than 6 weeks prior to holiday start date. A reminder will be sent. Failure to make full payment by 6 weeks prior the date will incur a 10% surcharge or cancellation of the holiday. If you have to cancel for good reason then please speak to us.
No guarantee is given that fees can be refunded. If you cannot take the holiday as booked you may, at our discretion, find a suitable person to take your place.

The following cancellation charges will apply.
Up to 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date = your deposit.
– 28 days prior to holiday start date = 50% of total paid.
– 27-14 days prior to holiday start date = 80% of total paid.
– Less than 13 days prior to holiday start date = 100%

Health & Safety:
All guests are responsible for their own safety and must at all times act also with the safety of other guests in mind.

It is a requirement of the booking that you must arrange adequate holiday insurance. Such insurance should cover full medical expenses, personal baggage, personal accident, accident, loss or damage to property, cancellation or curtailment, personal liability, legal expenses and emergency.

We will assume that the client is 100% medically fit, unless we are notified otherwise. Any disabilities, special dietary needs or medical conditions that may affect the normal programme of events must be put in writing at the time of booking. This is important as the course does intale a lot of traveling from one end of the city to the other, which could be quite strenuous.

 If any client should suffer death, illness or injury while overseas , we will not take responsibility, nor will we pay compensation.


We shall not accept responsibility for any cancellations or effect on your holiday due to war, threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions.

We will be responsible for any acts or omissions of our own employees and agents whilst acting within the scope of their employment but cannot be responsible for the acts or omissions of those providing services over which we have no direct control

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the holiday we will make a full refund of all monies paid to us. We will not reimburse any other expenses incurred.


If you are staying at one of the venues DITC have recommended, you will need to visit their own site to check availability, prices and their individual terms and conditions. When you make your booking with one of these venues your contract is with them and not with DITC .


 All information published on our websites, brochures or other documents is published in good faith at the time of production, however we reserve the right to alter the offers, art materials, prices of art materials, excursions, daily schedule and/or arrangements at any time, at our discretion or if factors beyond our control make those offers impossible, implausible or dangerous to follow, due to inclement weather, transport or technical issues or other problems beyond our control. No concessions will be made if the client chooses to deviate from the scheduled programme or declines from the offered alternative.

 If you have any complaints while on holiday, these must be reported, directly to the tutor or venue operator at the time of the occurrence, both verbally and in writing. We reserve the right to alter the daily schedule and/or arrangements at any time, if factors beyond our control make those arrangements impossible, implausible or dangerous to follow, due to inclement weather, transport or technical problems etc. Do not book your flight until we have confirmed your place availability. We will not accept any financial liability if you book your flight and then find there is no holiday place available.
